Why Darcey?

I was in a Sales Meeting, the first one after being demoted as a Sales Manager. You see, our company downsized & I was recently promoted. It only made sense and I understood, but… I had been in Sales for 12 years and I was so excited for the next chapter, to build others up and have a team that I could pour into. Now, I'm in a Sales Meeting as a Sales Rep again, with the people I recently supported, back on the sales floor, & it felt strange. I was feeling ungrounded… like the room was different; something was off. I looked around the room and I told myself, “You got this! You’ve been great in sales and you love helping people. This is ok!”. Feeling good, I opened my laptop and then… a voice in my head, that wasn’t mine, clearly said, “You are not where you are meant to be.” So confused, because it wasn’t my thought, I looked around the room trying to figure it out… I was a bit stunned for the day but the following 7 months in Sales, were TOUGH. I made my sales numbers but the days were hard and riddled with over the top challenges. I felt like I was paddling upstream everyday. Today, I believe that message was from God & because I wasn't where I was meant to be - life was harder. And that wasn't the first time a message came through but it was the first time the message was for me. There's a mystery and wonder about God. He keeps us guessing on the details… but he’s always there, trying to guide us. And we usually need to be "in position" to hear him. I learned I was called to help others at a deep, soul level because he gave me that talent — to feel deeply, to love deeply and to care deeply about people. My work with you is guided by him & it’s because I ask him to guide me. Perhaps, he has a message for you & you just can't hear him yet. Stepping into this work can & likely will, open doors you weren't expecting. Are you ready to grow closer to God & receive his blessings?

My life, work & study experience has provided me the tools to help guide you on your 1 of a kind journey. Spiritually, my journey started at 7 years old with my 1st of many, spiritual experiences that opened my world up to another perspective & set me on a life of seeking, learning, experiencing & growing in my faith. When you draw close to him, he draws close to you - I know this personally. God has been ever present with miracle after miracle in my life. I am forever grateful & will forever, lovingly continue to seek & praise our God, Jesus & the Holy Spirit. I've spent most of my life separating my Faith from my work, until now. :) Professionally, 12 years of heart centered new home sales taught me how to connect at a deep level to truly help enrich the lives of the people I served. My last role as a Corporate Sales Trainer is where I began structured coaching. Working 1 on 1 with eager Sales People fueled my desire to help people on a deeper level, healing, improving their state of being & helping them through internal struggles that held them back. And most recently, I'm completing a Spiritual Life Coaching Certification which has been amazing and so rewarding - I cannot wait to share all that I've learned with others because it's only beneficial wisdom & teachings that take our lack-luster living to heights of living joyfully & graciously.

We will tailor our work together so that it encompasses what will benefit you most . I see each person as unique and different. Spiritual work is solely driven from within you & it will be influenced by you & your clearly identified intentions from the start. Our work together is expected to encompass deep introspection & you will have “homework” so to speak. Fun homework :) Spiritual shifts will take more than weekly get togethers & you will likely be excited & motivated to continue the learning outside of our work together. It's a beautiful journey of self discovery, self love & connecting more intently with God. I provide the support you desire & need as you take charge of your life for a renewed sense of self and grounding in our often times, challenging world.
